MOLESKIN:

A very cold way to start the week, so hopefully the running and constant motion kept everyone warm. AWESOME to have double digit posts to start the week, especially considering this might be the 2nd coldest day of the winter so far. Great to have Pew Pew and Humdinger back, also great that Daisy could come up for air from work and make it this morning.

Today’s workout was designed to bring the block reps down as the workout ensued, also bringing blocks closer to the flags. Also designed to start strong with heavy running, slowly bring the distance down, then slowly build it back up. Carrying the blocks forward one station each trip provided some time to suck air. The goal was to keep bringing the heart rate up and down without killing us with constant running.

The morning was capped off by the Q showing off his incapability of taking a simple video…. Looking forward to seeing another double digit post Wednesday!
