Weather: 20 and apparently warm

Warm up: SSH, windmill, kick and twist, arm swings, stretch, mosey and count parking spaces

The thang:

1 Burpee, 2 Merkins, 3 BB Sit Ups, 4 Squats

AMRAP in 35 minutes (73 rounds completed, counted using parking spaces, 1 round per space and move to the next one)

Moleskin: This was not a great idea. YHC saw it on instagram and have had it in my back pocket for a while. Started with the goal of 100 rounds and quickly realized that would be a ridiculous pace. The hardest parts were standing up after the bb sit ups and counting while talking. You’d think that doing something that many times would make it easy to remember what to do but we both did exercises out of order a few times and YHC had trouble stopping at 2 merkins occasionally. T claps to Cornwallis for not leaving and for keeping the pace steady.
