One partner runs Bermuda Triangle while other partner completes 20 reps of 3 exercises. Alternate between upper body and lower body exercises after each Bermuda Triangle lap.

A fair amount of mumble chatter this morning kicked off with the mention of a new game for the M’s. Disappointing this idea came after Christmas….

Good callout by Jay-Z and Wapner of the Q this morning when too much faith was being put into the weather radar. We stayed the course with the original winkie and opted to take our chances on the rain. As a result of our manliness, the rain went around us and only offered us a mere drizzle.

Today marked the triumphant return of IM, who even volunteered to Q our first workout for 2021! Another celebrity appearance of Rite-Aid this morning. Always great to have a visiting PAX joining us at Blackcat.
