Warmup: 2 laps around the circle, SSH x15 IC, Air Squats x20 OYO and Arm Circles x10 IC
Thang: 10 minute EMOM (7 box jumps, 7 Air Squats, 7 Merkins, 7 Big Boy Sit-ups). One small lap Mosey. 12 minute AMRAP(10 burpees, 20 tuck jumps, 10 burpees, 20 Carolina Dry Docks).
Mary: Heels to Heaven x15 IC, Should Taps x10 IC and 50 LBC OYO.
Overall a solid workout challenging to all fitness levels
