Lots been going on with our country, the election, the government….. a workout getting back to the basics seemed in order. Basics in counting, basics in fundamental exercises, basics of partnering up- all were part of the beat down this morning. Storming the hill seemed more treacherous each lap- but all pushed through. Discussion about several people HC and not following through today…. names will be saved for later weasel shaking. During Mary discussion about the affect of cold weather making winkies shorter…. even the science of inversion was discussed. COT brought prayers and discussion about getting back to basics of us striving to be better men for our wives, families, and communities. May we be the leaders that our nation desperately need at this current time. Good way to wrap up for the weekend. Hope to get fartsackers and Kotters motivation and inspiration to push through what is holding back and rejoin as Jay-Z will bring the beat down on Monday! Steel sharpens steel, and it’s you versus you- may we sharpen each other and mentally better ourselves each day!
