No wind and about 35 degrees. Puddles everywhere.
YHC slightly underestimated the difficulty of Round 2 of the workout and didn’t think the arms would be has hard as it ended up being. Good job men on pushing through.

After the beatdown, Dr Porkchop said the workout seemed to fly by. I guess that’s a good thing!
