Quick math: 18,600 m and 1,850 reps. Boom.

Moleskin: Simple workout, but moving for 30 minutes is tough. T claps to all the guys for pushing hard in the cold. Glad to host wooly for his 3rd of 7 posts this week, hoping that he does weedpickers every time.
