4 CORNERS – Each lap around the 4 corners stacked the previous exercise
Round 1:
with Cindy block
Lap 1. 8 count man makers x7
Lap 2. Modify 8 count man makers to burpee on the block (no pushup) and then add bent over rows x14 on corner 1&3 and Curls on corner 2&4
Zamp carry block between corners
Round 2:
Lap 1. Super Skaters x7 IC on corner 1&3 and Squat Hops on Corner 2&4
Add T-claps x14 on corner 1&3 and Arm Circles on corner 2&4 x14
Carry cindy (style of your choosing) block between corners
Round 3:
Lap 1. Merkins x7 on all 4 corners
Lap 2: (running out of time) we just did Plank Jacks x14 on corners 1,3,4 and Mountain climbers x14 on corner 2.

Recover Recover!
A light dusting of snow made for a fun workout in the snow. It was cold, so the snow wasn’t went which is always a bonus! YHC tried to get a variety of exercises in and called a few audibles. On the 3rd round we ran out of time to complete the full lap #1, and lap 2 in the 4 corners style that I intended.
Love the 4 corners format. This was the 2nd time I Q’d it and will do it in again!
