Warm up: 25x SSH, 10x Forward Arm Circles, 10x Backward Arm Circles, 10x Weed Pickers

The Thang:

Zamp carry your block to the other side of parking lot. Pair up for incadence exercises within small group. Each group go at their own pace. Start with 25 reps of 1st exercise followed by mozy to other end of parking lot. Drop and give 5x Burpees and Mozy back to exercise station. Rinse & Repeat.

  7. Uneven Push-Ups (25x each arm)

Moleskin: No spydy this time, need to work on script. Decided to go with old fashioned beat down but instead paired up the men. There was mumble and chatter in the small group. Few decided to drop a layer after few rounds of burpees. Mary continued with the block. Respect to all the men.
