7 PAX showed up for the Block Party: Beefsteak, Beater, Springbok, Proximity, Butterfly, Sarge, Pickles (Q)

Welcome w/core principles: free, open to all men, peer lead, outside rain or shine, and end in COT!

Warm up: 25x SSH, 10x Forward Arm Circles, 10x Backward Arm Circles, 10x Weed Pickers

The Thang:

Zamp carry your block to the other side of parking lot. Pair up for incadence exercises within small group. Each group go at their own pace. Start with 20 reps of 1st exercise followed by mozy to other end of parking lot. Drop and give 5x Burpees and Mozy back to exercise station. Rinse & Repeat.

Announcement & Prayers.

Moleskin: It was -0F so decided to not hit the ground if possible and stay on 2 feet for most part. Men paired up for some fellowship and everyone stepping up to help their partners. There was mumble and chatter in the smaller groups. Butterfly continued the tradition of dropping layers. Mary continued with the block. Respect to all the men.
