-YHC was really not looking forward to this one. The workout doesn’t sound too bad, until about round 4 and then it really starts to punch.
-Everyone worked so hard today and there was lots of encouragement. It was really needed. Our bodies are tired, but spirits remain strong.
-Thankful for each of you boys for coming out and the support. I hope by the end of this you feel like you’ve pushed yourself and have earned your patch.
