Each Round consisted of:

The exercise follwed by 75 yd-ish run (75% sprint), 20 lunges back then 20 calf raises

  1. 20-50 pounds Sand Bag squats (4 pts+8 pts= 12)
  2. 20-Back Lunges (one leg on block) (6 pts.+8pts=14)
  3. 20-Overheard PVC squat (4 pts+8 pts= 12)
  4. 20-Side lunges (6 pts.+8pts=14)

Total of 4 rounds: 52 points per round = 208 points
