Recover Recover

-Been a while since we had a PT test and today was a good one to check in and see how our bodies would measure up.
-The run was a nice warmup, but yet again pull-ups continue to pack a punch.
-Proximity noted that the first couple of rounds were pretty good, but then the suck factor kicked in.
-The run back our legs felt super heavy and arms swole, but just part of the game.
-Perfect weather today
-Keep accelerating! Keep EHing!
