Grizzly was defeated by the Vet in the AO vs AO competition by 4.5 points so we made up that point difference with our short Mary time

To be clear the Q is not named Einstein because he’s smart. We headed up to the Strip Mall parking lot because Q was thinking the building would block the wind but instead we were up on a plateau wind tunnel. In keeping with the theme of 16 exercises Wrigley reminded the Q that it was windy up there at least 16 times. After a rough day of core yesterday we had a leg day and everyone was feeling it.

Prayers for DC’s medical appointment and for the other PAX that are struggling with COVID in their families right now. Convergence is tomorrow so no Ruck at Grizzly
