Because it is 4/1/21 we will do 4 rounds at each station with 4 different exercises. We will run 1 lap each time and do 21 reps each time. Jokes will be told after each lap

Station 1
Run a lap then do 21 Burpees
Run… 21 Jump squats
… 21 Carolina Dry Docks
…21 Lunges (2 is 1)

Station 2 (rocks)
Run a lap then do 21 skull crushers
…21 Curls
… 21 bent over rows
…21 chest press

Station 3 (the hill)
Run…21 flutter kicks at the top and 21 at the bottom
Run…21 American hammers top and bottom
…21 Freddie Mercuries…
…21 LBC’s…

1 minute wall sit with jokes

Recover Recover!

-We were all fooled this morning when we woke up and thought it would be spring. SIKE! Got’em. Sub 30 degrees in April. Come. on Indiana!
-Today was a run heavy day and a little light on the exercises. But it gave good time for fellowship and telling jokes.
-Welcome Nick, one of Khaki and Porkchop’s college friends. Great having you out and appreciate your energy and enthusiasm! Hope to see you again soon.

-One month from today is our convergence at the Pit. Then on May 12th is our 1 year anniversary at the Pit! Hard to believe it has been 1 year.
