PAX followed a path out of cones around the Bermuda Triangle. Each cone represented an exercise. PAX traversed via Bear Crawl (first lap) and Frog Hops (second lap) around the triangle and completed the required amount of reps of each exercise. Once PAX completed the octagon they met at the Happy Place for a Motivator from 4. The first round PAX completed 8 reps at each stop increased to 16 for round two. Stations are as follows: Merkins, Jump Squats, Pickle Pounders, American Hammer, Outlaws, Lt Dan’s, The Lion King, and Jumping Spiders.

Good work by the PAX today. YHC upped the Doc Ock game by extending the distance between exercises. Bear Crawls sucked so YHC modified the Pax to Frog Hops. They sucked more. There was great concern for the amount of lunges associated with Lt. Dan’s.
