Q took signals and suggestions from other PAX to split into 4 teams and try a short/wide playing areas. Everything is always worth trying once. Probably won’t do the short/wide thing ever again. Penalties of the day were part of something I read recently. Do 2 things you hate each day for good practice. Therefore we did 3 burpees and bear crawled 3 parking spaces.

It’s always great to name a guy and see FNGs. Welcome Morpheus! Also great to be injury free. God is good. It’s a pleasure to be part of F3.
