4/21/21 Grizzly 28 degrees and calm with pretty snow covered grass and trees.  3 PAX reporting.  (Pappy, Herbie, Coyote Q)

  • SSH IC x20
  • Imperial Walkers IC x10
  • Weed Pickers IC x10
  • Arm Circles IC x20
  • Wall sit with Arm Pretzels IC x20

*** THE THANG ***

Today we will run the 400m loop but will take a lot of breaks for fun exercises like Burpees, Dips, Step Ups, Squats, and Merkins.   

  • Start at shelter and use the picnic tables for 20 step ups (10 each legs) and 20 merkins
  • Run the 400 loop until the hard right turn (1/3 way) and do 10 burpees
  • Keep running to the playground (2/3 way) and do 20 Dips and 20 Squats. 
  • Rinse and Repeat for 35 minutes.

Wanted to make it hard today.  The bad weather made for a few last minute adjustments but it wasn’t too slick out.  Made it through 5 laps of the 400m loop.  There wasn’t any crying but a lot of discussion for the hatred of Burpees by the Pax.  Changed it to 1 Burpee on the last lap to keep the Q from getting thrown in the creek.  Always good to work out with Herbie and Pappy.
