Weather: coolish, humid-ish, pretty nice, frankly

Pax: Cornwallis, Square, Nina, Khaki, Nomad

Warmup: SSH IC x20, WO IC x10, IW IC x10, Arm circles forward and backward IC x10, 10 burpees OYO, mosey to the school playground

Thang: stopped to get two blocks on the way for a station circuit workout. The five stations were dips, block squats, overhead press, running, and burpees. Timer was the guy at the burpee station doing 25. Once he completed, everyone rotated to the next station. We stopped every five minutes for a pull-up break: all pax held low plank while everyone did 5 pull-ups. We completed 2 full rounds of the circuit and I think we stopped for pull-ups maybe 4 times? Maybe 5? Lost track. Mosey back for Mary.

Moleskin: great day to come down to The Pit! Those guys are always pushing hard and carrying the heavy Q burden so I’d hoped this would give them a little mental Q break. Not much mumble chatter during the workout but we got some conversation in during the mosey: Khaki’s trip and the recent Euro Cup matches. It was an honor to lead, thanks, men!
