Roll 5 dice (2 different colors). 2 determined the exercise, 3 determined the reps. Lap around the grassy areas after each round.

Recover, Recover

Moleskin:

Great to be out there this morning with Nomad and GTL. Pax completed 12 rounds of exercises, with BBSI, Merkins, and LBC’s the dice favorites. Adding in the laps turned this into a really nice mix of strength and cardio.
