We then moseyed over to the stairs by the Monon for a progressive leg burner.

10 jump knee tucks, 20 side lunges, 30 squats and 3 laps up and down the stairs

10 jump knee tucks, 20 side lunges, 30 squats, 40 mountain climbers and 4 laps up and down the stairs

10 jump knee tucks, 20 side lunges, 30 squats, 40 mountain climbers, 50 calf raises and 5 laps up and down the stairs

Then bear crawl the tunnel, power skip back. Mosey to the musicians and 3 burpees and 5 HR merks.

Great crew today at the Vet. Despite multiple complaints that we were running too much everyone crushed it and you guys were carrying me! It was great catching up with Pantalones again and meeting Llama Llama. Logger loved the side lunges more than ever. 8 work out CSAUP in less than 2 weeks! Why was this the diesel workout? Nomad found a brick at the COT honoring Billy, Louie and Diesel–thank you men for your service!
