  • Round 1:       7 Mountain Climber Merkins, 30 Dips, 21 Merkins
  • Round 2:       7 Burpees, 30 Squats, 21 Lunges
  • Round 3:       Motivator from 7, 30 Shoulder Taps (2=1), 21 Big Boys
  • Round 4:       7 Lt Dans, 30 Plank Jacks, 21 American Hammers

Got two full rounds in.  Good work by everyone.  Q had some trouble with the cadence during the warm-up.  He probably needs a Q School refresher.  Found out Piddles couldn’t do a seal jack.  Prayers for the teachers and students going back to school.  CSAUP next Saturday. (8/7)  Convergence at The Depot on 8/21.  Be a HIM today.
