10 Hand Release Merkins/WW1’s/Short Lap

Meet at the stairs – 3 rounds of

Pullups/Beater Squats

Mosey to the tunnel for a Bear Crawl through and Back.

Progressive Exercise/Stair work

10 Bobby Hurleys/20 Mountain Climbers/30 LBCs/40 Overhead Claps – Build up to the 40 overhead claps while completing a stair run (1,2,3,4). So, last round was all the exercises and 4 rounds of stairs.
