5 x 150 meter-ish sprints with 45 seconds rest in between

Interval workout (45 seconds on/15 seconds off) 4 rounds of each exercise

  1. Jump Squats
  2. HR Merks
  3. Burpees
  4. Plank hold
  5. Overhead claps

6 x 40 yard-ish sprints with 30 seconds rest in between

Mosey back for Mary: 35 LBCs (IC), 10 Big Boys OYO, 20 heel touches (IC)

Recover/Recover

Moleskin: Great effort by all of the Pax running and pushing hard. Thinking about FNG Lenny–we didn’t lose anyone today. Great to see 3 Pax who completed all 8 CSAUP workouts–well done Nomad, Bumblebee and Headlock (RR)! Not much mumble chatter at first–sprints will do that to a Pax. Let’s keep EHing and stepping up to Q! Snooki wardrobe update: Pants of course, but a sensible short sleeve shirt!

Prayers: For teachers (including Mrs. Biscuit and Mrs. Nomad) and students. Face-off for his first real estate closing later this week. Patience for us all.
