Weather was 80 with some wind. YHC was in shorts and short sleeves.
Warmup: Side lunges, kick w/ twist, Abe Vagodas and Arm circle.
Thang: Seems like there are more 7-11s in NJ than here and YHC was just there to visit family. The plan was to do 7 different 11s but we ended just just doing 4. We focused on leg workouts:
1) From start: squats then big boy by the steps.
2) By the steps: calf raises then dips one rung down.
3) By the alcove: Polo onos (2 is 1) then wall sit where 1 count is 1s.
4) By Headlock’s Corner: Perp squats then step up or jump up by the benches.
Moleskin: YHC completely underestimated the amount of running doing 11s. Or perhaps YHC is not doing 11s right. So the preblast of “minimal running” was inaccurate 🙂 Headlock thought YHC was an honest man 😉
