8 Pax conquered the fart sack this morning and reported for a rather humid start to their day.

Thang: 11’s on the Hill with a Block

Pax moseyed to the Hill for a little block work this fine morning. Pax started on the bottom and completed 1 squat, Murder Bunny or Frog Hop up the hill, 10 Blockee or Burpee, and then back down the hill. R & R increasing and decreasing the reps respectively. Mosey to the Flag.

Moleskin:

Typically workouts start with moaning and groaning about the planned activities for the next 45 minutes. Today’s workout was no different as the PB got the legendary Jay-Z “UGH.” Started the Maestro Lap with six and ended with eight. So thanks be to Maestro for channeling the good vibes and blessing us two more. The long “Blowsey” ((Block Mosey) “cough cough Aloha”) to the Hill had the Q questioning if all the Pax secretly went the other way leaving the Q to play with his Block all alone. Once all assembled at the base of Murder Bunny Hill the Q dropped the exercises on the PAX and received what can only be described as rapturous applause. Pax muscled through the suck and completed the workout with smiling faces. Well probably, it was hard to tell as the Q was doubled over sucking air. The “Blowsey” back to the flag brought conversations about the possible methods on receiving booster shots, quite a few “Aloha’s”, and a decision that Maestro would have probably better enjoyed a sub Q of Yoga instead of Murder Bunny Hill.
