Mosey to the Rock pile to grab a flat rock:

Bear Crawl with rock to the Wall

Heel elevated squats with rock

Box jumps/Step Ups at Wall

Lunge with Rock back to he rock pile

Mosey to the schoolyard

Combined 50 reps of Split Squats on bench + hanging knee raise (one is one)

25 Decline shoulder taps (two is one) + 25 alternating side hanging knee raise (two is one)

Nice summer morning and what a way to start another trip around the sun! birthdays aren’t as fun as they used to be, but getting older is better when you’re in shape and having fun. Discussion today included the upcoming IPC and how gloves just aren’t made as well as they used to be. YHC opted to lose the shirt at the start of the workout and regretted that during the rolling pistol squats as the grass was not soft at all. Always nice to throw on a dry shirt at the end of the workout though.
