Pax completed a circuit of twelve exercises. Each exercise AMRAP for 60 seconds and then rest for 30 seconds. Rinse and repeat for two full rounds.

Missed a few of the regular PAX this morning. It is still undetermined on what caused such a mass fart sack. The home page of F3 Nation states one of the five core principles is an Outdoor workout “Rain or Shine, Heat or Chill, we are out there.” So surely the rain wasn’t the cause. Perhaps the excitement of Bubblicous’s return was too much for some to handle? Perhaps some stayed up too late binge watching reruns of the Cross Fit games (you know who you are). Or perhaps some looked up the original Annihilation back blast and said nope. YHC called a last minute audible and directed the PAX to the Large Shelter House to avoid the active bolts of lightning.
