Warm up – IYT’s x10, weed pickers x10, shoulder pretzels x10, SSH x10 – stop stalling and get to it!

Thang: Series of measured exercises to gather baseline data for each PAX for the purpose of seeing proof of progress! Each exercise was timed or had distance measured with 2 min break between. You versus you for as many reps, distance, or time you could muster…all with a block:

Kettle bell swings: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Curls: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Overhead block hold (AKA, Zamperini hold): total length of time holding position

Goblet squats: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Overhead press: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Farmer carry: total distance in meters covered carrying two blocks until you must set them down

Hanson = approximately 450 feet

Pontoon-19 = approximately 527 feet

Block merkins: total number of reps completed in 2 min

8-count man makers: total number of reps completed in 2 min
