Mosey back to the wall
Cosmos x 25 IC
Flutter Kicks x 50 IC
Vertical Heel Touches x 15 IC
Vertical Spread Heel Touches x 15 IC
Upper 60s, mostly clear

Awesome work today by all Pax on this very active beatdown.  Mumblechatter was somewhat minimal after the mosey to the parking lot, replaced by breathing and a bit of pain that we could see due to the light.
Q was pleased with the outcome and Mary finished strong with a bit of a mind bender 50 Flutter Kicks in cadence after all that other nonsense.
Great time getting better with these #HIMs.
