Round 1

Wall steps ups x40
Run the square alternating Merkins x20 & Plank Jacks x20 at each corner

Round 2

Lunges x40 (1 is 1)
Run the square alternating Merkins x20 & Mountain Climbers x20 at each corner

Round 3

Squat Hops x40
Run the square alternating Merkins x20 & Crunchy Frog x20 at each corner

Mosey around Target and Lowes for the remaining time
Stopped at a curb and a wall to Rocky Balboas x20 IC and Wall sits (1 min)

Moleskin:
It was a bit chilly this morning. I didn’t check the temp, but it was cold enough to have a long sleeve on.
As the name said, it was the usual Shenanigans at the Pit today. Good to be out again and getting ready for the next IPC challenge.
