All PAX start with block carry steps ups for 1 min. Then one PAX lays the foundational block.
Run a Maestro lap while all other PAX continue step ups or any other block exercise. *If you’re not running, you’re married to your block.* Next PAX gets to add their block to the shelter house and join the running PAX for lap #2 together. Continue on until all PAX have added their blocks and are running laps together.
-Block exercise PAX can rest from when first runner makes a lap and when last runner “catches up”
-a round is only complete when all PAX have completed the lap. i.e.-EVERYONE runs back and grabs the six.
Stache led the group and consequently put in a solid 2 miles this morning. Boucher put in a respectable 2 miles minus 1 lap.
