YHC just off vacation dusted off one of the originals – IM’s triple-triple-triple. However, YHC didn’t listen to it first and so the group was off by one of the exercises, which equates to 26 rather than 27 AMRAP minutes. Still a heck of a workout, especially with Chumbawambees factored in.
Q checked weather prior to heading out, and a chance of rain around 6 am was listed. Caution was thrown to the wind and it did not pay off. A little before 6, the rain started and it did not stop until after the workout was concluded. By the time recover was called all PAX were well saturated.
9 PAX put in a good effort today… let’s see a DDM on Wednesday. Happy birthday to Stache. Don’t celebrate too hard such that you miss Wednesday’s workout!
