9 PAX braved the chilly temperatures this fine Wednesday morning.

THING: Two Minute Swap

Q placed two cones approximately 50 yards apart. Exercises were performed at either cone. When the two minute timer went off PAX ran to the other cone and continued with the exercise. This continued until PAX met the desired reps. One Maestro lap after PAX completed the required reps and then back to start the next exercise. The exercises were 1) 50 Burpees, 2) 100 Hand Release Merkins, and 3) 300 Squats.

  • Drop Lunges OYO x 10 each leg
  • Heel Touches IC x 10
  • Big Boys OYO x 20
  • Lany Lui x 5 (V Sit hold for 10 count, Plank hold 10 count, one merkin, R&R)
  • LBC IC x 15

MOLESKIN:

Always great to hear “this sucks”‘ as the work out is announced. Even with the suck factor high, a solid effort put in by the PAX this gloom. Keep up the good work.

Take aways: 1) Burpees suck. 2) Hand Release Merkins in large quantities suck. 3) Squats are cool. No complaints 4) One PAX short of the highly anticipated DDM. 5) Piper’s lead is now 9. 6) Sometimes “some cardio” means a lot of cardio. 7) Pew Pew driving the car this morning reminded me of this.
