Ruck up and mosey to Private Place- Ruckivator from 5

Slowsey to Bob Sanders

Thang- Ruck Pyramid:

While wearing ruck, jog to first pole perform exercise. Jog back to start, then to second pole perform exercise, back to first pole and exercise, then back to start. Same routine to each of the 5 poles, performing different exercises and picking up each pole on way back to start. Once to 5th pole, make your way back down the pyramid. Exercises at each pole are as follows:

  • First pole- 15 Squats
  • Second pole- 20 merkins
  • Third pole- 25 lunges
  • Fourth pole- 30 Alternating Shoulder Taps
  • Fifth pole- Leg Blaster

Mosey to Happy Place for MOM:

  • Wing rucks- 15IC
  • Side planks- 30 sec each side
  • Ruck pounders- 15IC
  • Imperial Walkers til time

Nice brisk morning to wake up 9 PAX that decided they wanted to work off the weekend holiday festivities sugar intake. For maximum efficiency, extra weight was added to the day’s beatdown. “Ruckivator” was experimental, and not sure it was a great idea. But the PAX pushed through. Discussion about if this was similar to what females may experience while doing jumping jacks, only in reverse. Pyramid of Ruck made for an interesting morning. While the pace may not have been blazing, the burn was real as the rounds went on. Halloween stories were shared as the PAX pushed through. Wing Ruck proved to be as miserable as the last time! All in all- I’m spite of the cooler weather, a good sweat was had. Looking forward to continuing the candy shred on Wednesday! Come fart sackers, come Kotters, come FNG’s! More fun a head- don’t miss out!!!!
