Warm Up
Tempo Squats – 10
Start Walking
Arm Circles
High Knees
Butt Kickers
Burpees – 5

Mosey North on the Monon. 1 minute fast, 1 minute slow.
Partner up at the parking garage. ~40 yard dash in 2 groups. rest while the other group is sprinting. repeato x8.
Head up the garage as a partner team. Only 1 person making forward progress at a time. wining team had 1 burpee, 2nd place 2 burpees, etc.
Head down the garage. Walk then mosey then turn around and spring up each ramp then turn around and walk and mosey down. repeat at every level. 10 burpees along the way for the lady that said good morning twice to us.
Extra spring up the first ramp (steepest one)
more 40 yard dashes
~1 min on and 1 min off sprints back to the circle
