Thang: Hunt for the wood. 8 wood blocks, each with a different exercise.  Pax split into two teams, Bravo and Charlie.  Goal, first team with 4 wooden blocks retrieved wins.  Each team will Indian run while searching for a wooden block, once found team will return to happy place to complete exercise given on the block.  After completing block exercise one round of Bruce Lee will be completed.  After completing the round of Bruce Lee, team will then complete the exercise on the block of their opponent.  Each block exercise will be completed by doing 29 reps of each exercise.

Mary: No time for Mary, it was a day devoted to Jane. Several rounds of Bruce Lee, easily took care of our core.

Moleskin: In celebration of the birthday of our favorite Mom, who turned 29 again. Pax are glad our favorite Mom doesn’t age, because if we had to do any more consecutive burpees we might lose our birthday cake. Some shenanigans’ took place when team Bravo’s blocks started to disappear and reappear along the lighted trail. Team Charlie should have concentrated on their own wood and left Bravo’s alone. With this mishandling of the wood, Team Charlie takes the big L to team Bravo. Good effort given by all.
