Start at the light by the baseball diamond, 5 burpees then run to next light, 10 Hand release Merkins, next light pole, 15 squats. Next pole, 20 Alternating shoulder taps. Next pole 25 Mountain climbers. Next pole/ stop sign- 30 LBCs. Run to first pole; rinse and repeat until time.

Moleskin:

A damp morning didn’t dampen the efforts of 7 PAX this morning. Lots of chatter to start the morning; a lot based on quotes from the movie “Semi-Pro.” If you haven’t seen it, it is highly recommended. Also discussion about Piper’s dogs and how “protective” they are. A demonstration with video as Boucher as the volunteer was suggested. The bear down was not the most creative YHC has put together, but it proved to do the job! 6-7 laps were completed by the group, totaling 1.5-1.75 miles. Mary again was simple- but 60 seconds of an exercise sure did bring the burn! Anticipation of Motorboat bringing a Q from Indy was discussed as well as coffeeteria to celebrate his beatdown! Hoping Blackcat will show up and be amazing hosts! One more beatdown before the new year! Let’s end go out on a high note!!!!!! See you all on Friday for our guest Q.
