R&R, add 10 Step Ups each leg

R&R, add 25 yard alternating walking lunge

Work back down the ladder as a group.

Short mosey to the shelter house and back to shake the legs out.

A cold way to start this week. Todays winter Leggadega 500 pays homage to Crabby Po’s infamous Legtona 500. A leg themed beatdown accumulating points for this years Winston Cup.

Mumblechatter was a plenty this morning surrounding continued debate between Slack and GroupMe. This battle appears to be one for the ages. Tyson vs Holyfield. Democracy vs Communism. Duke vs North Carolina. Lars Ulrich vs Napster. MySpace vs Facebook. Trump vs Biden. Slack vs GroupMe. And don’t think for a second that the GroupMe campaign didn’t notice all the votes for Slack that rolled in after midnight.

Which will prevail? Good or evil? And once the dust settles, how can run club continue to make Bouchers life miserable in privately tallying the score for the 2021-22 Top Pax Belt? Only time will tell. Debate for a lobbying session continues this week with a proposed Ruck or evening dinner where the motion to move to Slack will be removed from the table in old business and entered into discussion. Be there or be square.
